2. Investor Visa

An investment of 10 million AED can be included as making a deposit in the investment fund or setting up a new company worth capital of AED 10 million in the U.A.E. To receive this visa, the applicant must have shares worth more than AED 70,000, and with the deposit of AED 10,000, that would be refundable, once the visa is canceled.
Suppose you are an applicant for this visa and have shares of less than AED 70,000. You can also get the visa by depositing AED 20,000 as a security deposit. Entrepreneurs, too, get the one, once approved by a business incubator or with the least investment of AED 500,000 for a term of 5 years.

3. Student Visa
For outstanding students and achievers, Dubai is one of the best destinations to pursue a degree and build a career at sound foundations.
For this, one must be a graduate of a public or private secondary school having 95% or above grades, or a university student must have a minimum GPA of 3.75 being awarded by an international or Distinctive UAE university. It will make that student eligible for a five-years visa in Dubai.

4. Residence Visa for Working in Dubai

Foreigners coming for work are categorized depending on their skill set and qualifications as if they hold a school diploma, at least a bachelor's degree, or even a post-secondary diploma in any relevant field.

It is taking a medical test, an attested educational certificate plus the sponsor as your company in such a case, passport copies, and photographs. It will get you a permit for two years of residency and transfer with the change of jobs.
For Dependants:
In the case of dependents, such as your children and spouse, they can only get the visas once you have yours. Thus, to the sponsor, the salary must be at least AED 4000 without accommodations and AED 3000 in the case with accommodations.

5. Retiree Visa
If a retired individual wants to apply for a visa in Dubai, he must be above the age of 55 years and meet the set requirements to be eligible for the visa with a validity of 5 years. the criteria are as follows:
At the time of requirement, the individual should be above 55 years of age and have worked for at least 15 years either in UAE or outside it.
The individual must be an owner of a property of at least AED 1 million with financial savings of a minimum of AED 1 million.
Otherwise, at least an income of AED 20,00 per month is necessary while providing the last six month's bank statements.
6. Tourist Visa
Dubai also offers tourist visas that are usually processed via an approved and licensed tour operator, by an airline, or by a relative or friend who must be a UAE resident.
The cost of a single entry visa fee is as minimum as AED 350 for a span of 30 days and is non-extendable; women less than 18 years of age are not eligible for this visa application, while dependents can have zero visa fees.
Transit Visa:
The authorities here usually issue two types of transit visas: one is for a time duration of 48 hours and the other for 96 hours; the first one is free of any charge, while the second one would be only for AED 50.
This visa has to be processed and approved for proper entry to the country and can proceed via UAE-based airlines such as Fly Dubai, Emirates, Air Arabia, and Etihad Airways. These visas are extendable.
You must check the set rules of each airline. For regular travelers, it is a good option to consider while traveling to their desired place.For further clearance, you should keep the relevant documents with you as well, including a color photograph, a confirmed ticket of the flight, a copy of the passport, colored copies of the bio, and the last page of the passport showcasing your nationality, full name, passport number, issue and expiry dates, father name or name of the legal guardian and mother name.
Keep in mind that at the traveling time, the minimum validity of your passport must be six months, and the visa form you get to fill out is different for different airlines.
Visa on Arrival:
In UAE and Dubai, citizens of some countries can get a visa valid for 30 days, which will free them from the hassle of visa arrangement prior to arrival. Upon arrival, they can have a visa for 30 days, which can be extended for a grace period of 10 days.
Residents of some other countries can even get a visa upon arrival, which is valid for 90 days, and can enjoy their stay or transition time while proceeding to immigration, where their passports would be stamped for that stay.
Indians who have either a green card or a valid US visa are also eligible for a 14-day stay there, and if they have EU and UK residency, they can also get a visa on arrival to the United Arab Emirates.
